fix(oxhugo): Do not discard embedded HTML (#2151)

In 'processors/parse.ts' the 'remarkRehype' plugin is used with
'allowDangerousHtml' enabled, but that needs to be combined with (e.g.)
'rehypeRaw' to have any effect on the output.
